Stratos Perperoglou and Crvena Zvezda mts Belgrade have been in advanced negotiations and are close to an agreement, according to Chema de Lucas.
The 33-year-old forward, who is currently a free agent, played with Hapoel Jerusalem last season. In seven EuroCup games, he posted 8.2 points, 3.2 rebounds and 1.3 assists on average in 24 minutes of play.
Before moving to Israel, Perperoglou has been a part of EuroLeague teams for ten consecutive seasons and won the competition three times, twice with Panathinaikos (2008-09, 2010-11) and once with Olympiacos (2012-13).
