ASVEL announced that center Alpha Kaba will be out of action for approximately three months following an elbow injury he sustained Tuesday (28/8) during a team training session.

With Kaba expected to return in late November, the French club also mentioned that there’s a possibility of a transfer in order to cover for the player’s absence. ASVEL, the team owned by Tony Parker, is competing in EuroCup and also the French Pro A League.

Kaba, 22, the 60th overall pick of the 2017 NBA Draft by the Atlanta Hawks, averaged 5.5 points and 4.9 rebounds over 15 minutes per game in last season’s EuroCup.
