Devon Saddler joins Rishon

Devon Saddler inked a deal with Maccabi Rishon LeZion, the Israeli team announced on Monday. Following two seasons with Tsmoki-Minsk, he will move to Israel and the 7DAYS EuroCup.

The Delaware alum launched his professional career in Europe back in 2014 and has since remained in the “Old Continent”. The past couple of seasons he saw action in the VTB United League, Basketball Champions League, FIBA Europe Cup and domestic Belarusian competitions.

In 22 VTB games last year, Saddler notched 15.3 points, 4.7 assists and 3 rebounds per appearance. He captured a couple of Belarus league championships, played for the country’s national team as well.

Rishon previously added Ben Altit, Alex Chubrevich, Noam Dovrat, Jordan Swing and Johnathan Williams, re-signed Alex Hamilton and Darryl Monroe.
