UniquAll begins its activities with the Sports Inclusion Academies, alongside valuable partner and trading cards and memorabilia agency, Trace ‘n Chase. Starting on April 2, World Autism Awareness Day, and until the completion of the program in June 2022, part of the proceeds from each collector card purchase through Trace ‘n Chase up to € 20,000 will be automatically donated to the Sports Inclusion Academies. This amount will contribute decisively to the needs of the program. In this way, both Trace ‘n Chase and sports enthusiasts will be able to actively support UniquAll‘s mission to raise awareness and engage the public about inclusion inside and outside sports venues.
Sports Inclusion Academies
The first cycle of the UniquAll program concerns the learning of Special Basketball Education, in collaboration with “Jumpball of Love” and the Physical Education teacher – Basketball Coach with studies in special education and parent of a child with autism, Ioannis Tsoumbris. Aimed at boys and girls starting from 8 years of age, who are on the Autism Spectrum. The program includes training once a week, at the Leontios School of Nea Smyrni.
UniquAll
UniquAll is a sports-educational program aimed at the empowerment and development of children with disabilities. Its mission is to provide a suitable environment for co-education and co-sportsmanship between children. The inspirer of the program is the great veteran basketball player, Dimitris Papanikolaou, who has been dedicated to the information and awareness campaign for Autism. Companions and ambassadors of the program, are European basketball legend and sole Greek member of the Hall of Fame, Nikos Galis, and NBA champion and two-time MVP, Giannis Antetokounmpo.
