Anwil Wloclawek is traveling to Greece next week for the last game of the Basketball Champions League regular season against AEK, and Tony Wroten may not leave the country after the game and sign with Olympiacos.

The 25th pick of the 2012 NBA draft has an opt-out clause that can be used in the next week. Anwil is eliminated from the round of 16 after losing to Teksüt Bandirma, and Wroten is expected to leave the team.

Olympiacos has already contacted the side of the player, the talks are quite advanced and while there also other teams interested in Wroten, both the Greek club and the player are positive to a possible collaboration.

Wroten is averaging so far 18.6 points per game in the Basketball Champions League, while also dishing four assists and grabbing 3,9 rebounds per game.

Despite having already three NBA seasons under his belt with Mephis and Philadelphia, he is just 26 years old and he can be part of a long term project.

Olympiacos needs a boost for the current season, but coach George Bartzokas is also trying to create a new core of players for next season.
