Olympiacos Piraeus announced that a member of the team tested positive for coronavirus upon the squad’s return to Greece from Valencia, Spain. The Reds were in Valencia for EuroLeague’s “WE’RE BACK” tournament (15/9 – 16/9).
All members of the squad underwent new tests and the club is waiting for the results.
Olympiacos postponed Friday’s (18/9) EuroLeague Media Day following this development.
