Zenit St Petersburg announced Thursday they have signed big man Tarik Black to a deal for the remainder of the season. Black, 29, arrives in the squad after Alex Poythress’ injury to reinforce Zenit that’s aiming high in the EuroLeague standings this season.
The American center first appeared in EuroLeague with Maccabi Tel Aviv between 2018 and 2020 after he left the Houston Rockets and the NBA and won the Israeli Championship with the club in 2019.
