EuroLeague Basketball announced Tuesday that the game between Olympiacos and CSKA Moscow for Round 18 has been postponed after the Greek side reached eight COVID-19 cases.

This marks the third game for Round 18 to have been postponed, following the games of Fenerbahce vs. Real and Olimpia Milano vs. ALBA Berlin.

Per the official announcement:

The Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Regular Season Round 18 game between Olympiacos Piraeus and CSKA Moscow, originally scheduled to be played on Wednesday, December 29, has been suspended. Olympiacos requested the suspension after several team members tested positive for COVID-19, which leaves it without the minimum eight players on the Authorization List fit to play.

Following the Special Regulations due to COVID-19, approved by the ECA Shareholders Executive Board, each game can be rescheduled up to three times, if there are available dates. Euroleague Basketball will coordinate with both teams the best options to reschedule the game. Alternative dates will be announced on official Euroleague Basketball platforms once confirmed.
