The upcoming game between Olimpia Milano and UNICS Kazan for Round 21 of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague has been suspended per request of the Russian club after several team members tested positive for COVID-19.

This is the fourth Round 21 contest that has been impacted by COVID, while five more games of Round 20 have been postponed and expected to be rescheduled for a later date.

Per EuroLeague:

The Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Regular Season Round 21 game AX Armani Exchange Milan vs. UNICS Kazan, originally scheduled to be played on Thursday, January 13, has been suspended. UNICS requested the suspension after several team members tested positive for COVID-19, which leaves the team without the minimum eight players on the Authorization List fit to play.

Following the Special Regulations due to COVID-19, approved by the ECA Shareholders Executive Board, each game can be rescheduled up to three times, if there are available dates. Euroleague Basketball will coordinate with the affected teams the best options to reschedule the games. Alternative dates will be announced on official Euroleague Basketball platforms.
