After going really close to winning his first International title, Nate Sestina is now expected to leave Turk Telekom Ankara to sign a 1+1 deal with Fenerbahce and make his debut in the EuroLeague, according to Eurohoops sources.
The 26-year-old, who spent five years in college between Bucknell Bison and Kentucky, averaged 10.4 points and 4.6 rebounds per game in this year’s EuroCup, losing against Gran Canaria in the final.
In Turkey, being eliminated by Pinar Karsiyaka after ending the Regular Season on top of the standings, the American power forward had similar numbers, putting up 10.8 points and 3.4 boards per night.
