Seeking extended runs in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague and AdmiralBet ABA League, Partizan Mozzart Bet projected the budget for the 2023-24 campaign at twenty million euros. Team president Ostoja Mijailovic discussed the improving financial situation combined with the growth of the club.

“We have the largest budget in the history of Partizan because of our ambitions to go all the way in both of the most important competitions,” Mijailovic told Serbian television network Prva, “Our budget is among the top eight teams in the EuroLeague. We allocated around twenty million euros for the entire organization, including eight million to pay off debts.”

“We have already paid five million euros in taxes. We still have an outstanding debt of three million euros to pay,” added the 44-year-old Serbian entrepreneur, “We will borrow some money via a long-term loan and settle the remaining debt.”

Since being appointed president of the basketball division of Partizan in 2017, he planned to clear the organization from all bills and is finally nearing his goal. “When we pay another three million euros, we will no longer have debts,” shared Mijailovic, “We will be one of the most financially stable clubs in Europe.”

Carrying an 8-6 W-L tally in the Regular Season of the EuroLeague, the team coached by Zeljko Obradovic currently sits fifth in the standings. An 8-3 record at the regional level for the reigning champions of ABA ranks third behind archrival Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet and Igokea m:tel.
