Nikola Milutinov was injured in the derby with Panathinaikos, and the initial estimates indicated a severe sprain.

The Serbian center underwent the necessary tests on Tuesday (23/1), and the news was not at all pleasant. Specifically, the CT scan showed a fifth metatarsal fracture in the fifth metatarsal tuberosity of the left foot.

Everything indicates that Milutinov will be forced to miss more than a month of action, which was the initial estimate, and possibly to be out for 7-8 weeks. This means that he will be absent from the Final Eight of the Greek Cup (15-18/2).

This development, together with the absence of Moustapha Fall, could force Olympiacos to go back on the market to examine the options they have for the acquisition of another center
