Barcelona lost to Real Madrid at WiZink Center last week upon returning to EuroLeague action after the break.
According to Marc Mundet, the Catalan club wasn’t satisfied with the officiating during the Clásico and filed an official complaint with the EuroLeague.
“The club has submitted a formal written complaint to the EuroLeague Refereeing Department regarding the officiating of last week’s Clásico in Madrid,” per Mundet’s report.
Following the loss, the Catalan club fell below its biggest rival in the standings and out of the Play-Ins zone. Barcelona is now 11th with a 14-13 record, the same as Real Madrid, but Chus Mateo’s team is ahead due to winning both head-to-head matchups.
