Maccabi Tel Aviv is close to signing guard Uros Trifunovic, according to Meridian. If the two sides reach a deal then the Serbian swingman will be returning to the EuroLeague after his 2022-24 stint with Partizan Belgrade
Trifunovic, 25, is a free agent after completing the season with Tofas Bursa. He’s currently preparing with the Serbian national team ahead of the EuroBasket.
In 2024-25, Trifunovic averaged 11.3 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.4 assists in 32 Turkish BSL league games with Tofas.
