Mike James edges Olympiacos in overtime, wins also for Fener and Real

The preseason event in Cyprus, the traditional Neofytos Chandriotis Tournament, brought together four EuroLeague teams — Olympiacos, Monaco, Crvena zvezda, and Paris.

After Paris convincingly defeated Crvena zvezda in the opener, Monaco and Olympiacos took the court on the second day, with the French side taking an 83–80 overtime victory, with Mike James hitting game-winner with seven seconds on the clock.

James led the way with 19 points, six rebounds, and five assists, while Nikola Mirotić added 20 points and seven boards, proving to be a major boost for the Principality side.

On the other end, Thomas Walkup scored 16 points along with eight assists, Donta Hall posted 15 points and nine rebounds, and Alec Peters contributed 13 points and six rebounds.

In other prep games Fenerbahce Beko defeated Erokspor 74-69 with Tarik Biberovic scoring 13 and Wade Baldwin 10 points, while Real Madrid beat Casademont Zaragoza (94-64) with ease.
