Despite several injuries, Olimpia Milano coach Ettore Messina relied on just nine players against Olympiacos — and still prevailed.

The Italian team edged out the Piraeus side 88-87, improving to 6–5, while the Greek team dropped to 7–4.

Quinn Ellis led the way for Olimpia Milano with 16 points and five assists, while Armoni Brooks followed with 15. Devin Booker added 13, and Bryant Dunston contributed 10 points for the winning side.

For Olympiacos, two players stood out — Alec Peters with 27 and Tyler Dorsey with 25 points. Evan Fournier scored 10, while Sasha Vezenkov finished with six points and seven rebounds.

Olimpia Milano led for most of the game, even going up 65–50 late in the third quarter, but Olympiacos refused to go away. Dorsey and Peters fueled the comeback, bringing the Piraeus team within a single point, but it was too late, and the hosts held on at the Unipol Forum, completing the double week with a perfect 2–0 record.
