Reigning EuroLeague champions Fenerbahçe Beko, continuing their steady march in the competition, are preparing another major addition to their backcourt following the signing of Chris Silva: Nando De Colo.
Fenerbahçe has reached an agreement in principle with the veteran guard, but the transfer is still pending official approval from his current club, ASVE, as first reported by EuroLeague France.
The Turkish side is eager to finalize the deal, and De Colo himself is keen to return to Fenerbahçe.
For a EuroLeague player to move to another EuroLeague team, he must be removed from his current team’s roster by the end of the working day on January 5.
Nando De Colo, one of the EuroLeague’s top point guards, previously wore the Fenerbahçe Beko jersey for three seasons between 2019 and 2022 before spending the last four seasons with ASVEL.
This season, De Colo has appeared in 13 EuroLeague games for ASVEL, averaging 13.6 points and 4.7 assists per game.
