Olympiacos traveled to Istanbul without Nikola Milutinov, Frank Ntilikina, and Monte Morris, but still managed to extend its winning streak to four games, handing Anadolu Efes another consecutive loss.
Giorgos Bartzokas’ side secured a 68–74 victory at the Turkcell Basketball Development Center, stretching Efes’ losing streak to eight games.
Sasha Vezenkov led the winning side with 19 points, while Tyler Dorsey and Evan Fournier contributed 11 points each. Donta Hall added 10 points and seven rebounds, and Thomas Walkup finished with six points and nine assists.
On the other side, P.J. Dozier paced Anadolu Efes with 16 points. Saben Lee added 13 points and five assists against his former team, while Ercan Osmani chipped in with 10 points and seven rebounds. Jordan Loyd and Vincent Poirier were out for Anadolu Efes, while Shane Larkin and Georgios Papagiannis remain sidelined with longer-term injuries, though Larkin is expected back in the coming weeks.
The visitors led 48–31 at halftime, but Anadolu Efes cut the deficit to just two points in the final quarter. However, Pablo Laso’s team couldn’t complete the comeback, as Sasha Vezenkov and his teammates pulled away once again to seal the win.
