Euroleague Basketball has confirmed its response to the technical disruptions that plagued the general public pre-sale for the 2026 EuroLeague Final Four Athens, presented by Etihad. On Tuesday, thousands of fans encountered system errors that hindered purchases, prompting the organization to implement restorative measures to ensure fairness.
Following the announcement that the initial general sales phase sold out in less than five minutes on Wednesday morning, the league has scheduled a special recovery window for today at 17:00 CET. This exclusive window is designed specifically for fans impacted by yesterday’s glitches. Euroleague Basketball is reaching out directly to individuals whose transactions were interrupted.
Eligible fans will receive an email containing a unique purchase link and a personal, non-transferable access code required to enter the special queue. This initiative aims to prioritize loyal supporters who demonstrated their intent to attend the event at the Telekom Center Athens.
This window represents a final opportunity for technically disadvantaged fans to secure seats. Remaining ticket allocations will be available during the upcoming general public releases, the second phase on February 26, the third on March 17, and the final phase on April 20.
The 2026 Final Four will feature the Semifinals on May 22 and the championship game on May 24. The event takes place in Athens at the home venue of Panathinaikos AKTOR. At the top of the final day, and instead of the traditional third-place game between the losing sides of the Semifinals, the adidas NextGen EuroLeague championship game will feature top-tier prospects.
