Zalgiris Kaunas recorded another big EuroLeague win, deepening the crisis for Hapoel Tel Aviv.
The Lithuanian side prevailed 93–82 at Zalgirio Arena, handing Hapoel its fifth consecutive EuroLeague defeat.
The game remained evenly contested until the final quarter, when the hosts made a decisive push, building a double-digit lead and putting the game to bed with minutes to spare.
Moses Wright led the way with 25 points and six rebounds for the winners. Sylvain Francisco added 15 points, Maodo Lo finished with 13 points and seven assists, while Azoulas Tubelis scored 12 and Nigel Williams-Goss contributed 10 points along with six assists.
For Hapoel, Dan Oturu stood out with 22 points, Elijah Bryant had 17 points and seven rebounds, while Vasilije Micic scored 16. Johnathan Motley chipped in 13 points, and Antonio Blakeney added 12.
