Hapoel IBI Tel Aviv has reached an agreement with Levi Randolph, as confirmed by several Israeli outlets on Saturday. The 33-year-old wing is set to depart Zenit Saint Petersburg and return to both Israel and the EuroLeague. During the 2025-26 VTB United League campaign, the former Alabama standout remained a consistent force, averaging 14.4 points, 2.7 rebounds, 2.1 assists, and 0.8 steals per contest across 27 appearances, all as a starter.

Randolph brings significant elite-level experience to the roster. His previous tenure in Europe’s premier club competition consists of 33 starts with Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv during the 2024-25 season, where he posted solid averages of 12.0 points and 3.8 rebounds per game. He is further acquainted with the Israeli basketball landscape following a successful stint with Hapoel Bank Yahav Jerusalem from 2022 to 2024, earning Basketball Champions League Star Lineup Second Team honors in consecutive seasons.

Much like Kessler Edwards, who was officially announced by the club on Thursday and has already landed in Israel to join Dimitris Itoudis’s squad, Randolph will be eligible for the remainder of the EuroLeague season. However, due to roster regulations, he will not be eligible for the domestic league. The final EuroLeague deadline to register new players who have not previously played for a Euroleague Basketball team this season expires on Wednesday.

Currently, Hapoel sits sixth in the EuroLeague standings with a 16-11 record, narrowly holding a direct playoff seed. While they lead the domestic Winner League with 34 points, the attached 16-2 record virtually trails Maccabi Rapyd Tel Aviv’s 15-1 tally.
