Valencia has announced an agreement with Jaime Pradilla to extend his contract through the conclusion of the 2027-28 season.
The club confirmed the deal on Friday, securing the future of the 25-year-old Spanish power forward.
Per the press release: “Valencia Basket has reached an agreement with Spanish international power forward Jaime Pradilla (2.02m, Zaragoza, January 3, 2001, 25 years old) to extend his contract with the club, which, following this renewal, will run until the end of the 2027-28 season.”
A native of Zaragoza, Pradilla has evolved into a cornerstone of the Taronges squad. His tenure is marked by significant durability and growth, having surpassed 2,000 career points and recently reaching a milestone of 200 appearances for the club. His domestic success is headlined by a Supercopa Endesa victory last September, while his continental experience includes 107 EuroLeague appearances and 41 BKT EuroCup games. In the ongoing 2025-26 EuroLeague Regular Season, he has been a consistent contributor, averaging 6.8 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 2.1 assists per contest.
After launching his professional career with his hometown club, Tecnyconta / Casademont Zaragoza, between 2018 and 2020, and various loan assignments, Pradilla took his talents to Valencia in 2020.
Beyond the club level, he has become a fixture for Spain, between junior and senior levels. His international resume is distinguished by a gold medal at EuroBasket 2022 and a prominent role during the 2024 Paris Olympic Games. He was also part of La Familia in last summer’s EuroBasket 2025.
