Fenerbahce ends two-game losing streak

Fenerbahce recorded a victory in the 32nd round of the EuroLeague, defeating Olimpia Milano 79-75 in Istanbul.

Talen Horton-Tucker was once again the top scorer with 23 points, while Wade Baldwin and Nando de Colo each added 16. On the other side, Armoni Brooks finished with 22 points, Marko Guduric had 15, and Zach LeDay 10.

After two consecutive losses against Crvena Zvezda and Olympiacos, Fenerbahce returned to the winning track. It wasn’t easy, and it was evident from the start that this game was very important for the guests, who are in the play-in race.

Olimpia even had a +15 lead in the second quarter (34-19), but Fener came back with a run at the end of the second and the beginning of the third quarter. The home team made a 19-4 run that turned things in their favor. The Italians managed to reduce the deficit in the final moments but could not overturn the result, allowing the Turks to secure the victory.

Fenerbahce is first in the EuroLeague standings with a 23-9 record and will be visiting Maccabi in the next round. As for Olimpia, they are at 16-16 and will now face Monaco away.
