Real Madrid stayed in the race for the top spot in the EuroLeague standings with another home victory.

Sergio Scariolo’s side opened slowly against Anadolu Efes and trailed 11–21 after 10 minutes, but responded with a 31-point second quarter to take control and eventually cruise to an 82–71 win.

Los Blancos now sit at 22–12, tied for the second-best record in the EuroLeague alongside Olympiacos and just one win behind leaders Fenerbahce, who still have their Round 34 game to play.

What stands out even more is Real Madrid’s dominance at the Movistar Arena, as they improved their home record to an impressive 17–1 this season.

Trey Lyles led the scoring with 14 points, while Gabi Deck posted the highest PIR (21) with 11 points and seven rebounds. Mario Hezonja added 12 points, Walter Tavares finished just short of a double-double with 10 points and nine rebounds, and Facundo Campazzo contributed 10 points and seven assists.

On the other side, Jordan Loyd delivered a standout performance with 21 points, six assists and five rebounds for a game-high PIR of 31, but lacked support, as P.J. Dozier added 11 and Ercan Osmani 10 points.
