Zalgiris Kaunas secured a crucial 83–74 road win over Partizan Belgrade.

The game was played in a sold-out Belgrade Arena, where fans gathered to pay tribute to legendary coach Duško Vujošević, who recently passed away.

The Lithuanian side needed the win to stay in contention for a Top 6 spot, and delivered, improving to 22–15 in the standings.

Zalgiris took control in the first half and led 48–41 at the break. Sylvain Francisco led the way with 18 points, while Nigel Williams-Goss added 13 against his former club.

Partizan attempted to mount several comebacks. Carlik Jones scored 15 points and Isaac Bonga added 13, but Zalgiris remained composed under pressure. Ąžuolas Tubelis hit key baskets in the final quarter to halt Partizan’s momentum.
