Valencia secured a victory in the final 38th round of the EuroLeague, defeating Dubai in Zenica with a score of 95-85.

The Spanish team did what they needed to do, and with this triumph, they secured second place ahead of the Quarterfinals.

On the other side, Dubai had a chance for a Play-In if they won and Barcelona lost, but even the first condition was not met.

Brancou Badio led the Spaniards to victory with 20 points, Darius Thompson added 13, and Jaime Pradilla 11. On the other side, in the absence of Dwayne Bacon, Dzanan Musa was excellent with 21 points and nine rebounds, Davis Bertans had 17, and Filip Petrusev scored in double figures with ten.

After a balanced first half, in which Aleksandar Sekulic’s team, who debuted on Dubai’s bench, had the lead (47-45), Valencia turned everything around in the third quarter. The Spaniards won it 34-20, pulled away to a double-digit lead, and ultimately confirmed the victory.

This means that Valencia finished in second place with a 25-13 record and will play against the winner of the Play-In match between the seventh and eighth-placed teams in the Quarterfinals. On the other hand, Dubai, with a 19-19 record, remained in 11th position.
