AS Monaco Basket officially announced the return of Yoan Makoundou, who will stay with the club until the end of the season.
The French center rejoins the Roca Team just over two months after both sides mutually agreed to part ways in early March.
Makoundou spent the final stretch of the season in China with the Fujian Sturgeons, where he averaged 15.2 points and 6.2 rebounds across 19 appearances in the CBA.
Before leaving Monaco, the 25-year-old appeared in five EuroLeague games this season, averaging 6.2 points and 1.8 rebounds. He also played nine domestic league games, posting averages of 8.4 points and 3.1 rebounds.
Monaco stated that Makoundou returns to provide additional energy and frontcourt depth during the decisive stage of the Betclic Elite season.
