It seems ASVEL is closing in on another addition for the 2026-27 season.
According to Meridian Sport sources, Riley Minix is on the verge of reaching an agreement with the French EuroLeague club and could soon begin the next chapter of his career in Villeurbanne.
The 25-year-old forward spent the past season within the NBA system, splitting time between organizations and their G League affiliates. Minix was part of both the San Antonio Spurs and Cleveland Cavaliers setups, earning most of his opportunities at the developmental level.
Known for his shooting ability and versatility in the frontcourt, the American is now expected to make the jump across the Atlantic for what would be his first experience in European basketball.
