After helping AS Monaco win the French League title while on loan from Crvena zvezda, Nemanja Nedović traveled to Greece to take part in the 8th Stoiximan AegeanBall Festival in Syros.

During the event, the Serbian guard spoke to Eurohoops about his future, his eventful season in Monaco, and several other topics.

Asked about what comes next in his career, Nedović admitted that nothing has been decided yet despite having a contract with Crvena Zvezda.

I don’t know. I still don’t know. It’s early in the summer. I have a contract with Crvena zvezda for next season, but we’ll see. I think we’ll know more in the next few weeks.”

Looking back on his time in Monaco, the 34-year-old described the campaign as anything but ordinary.

Not only the last few months. The whole year was just crazy. Very interesting. I would need a few… days to tell the whole story, but it was interesting.”

The conversation then turned to Željko Obradović’s return to Panathinaikos, a move Nedović welcomed enthusiastically.

It’s amazing. The superstar is back, and I hope Panathinaikos can win the EuroLeague again. Željko is definitely the right man for that.”
