Jared Butler will remain with Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet after officially signing a contract extension that will keep him with the Serbian club through 2028.
The 25-year-old guard joined Zvezda in October 2025 following NBA stints with the Phoenix Suns and Philadelphia 76ers. In his first season in Belgrade, Butler established himself as one of the EuroLeague’s most productive offensive players and a key piece of the red-and-white squad.
According to the club’s official announcement, Butler decided to stay despite receiving numerous offers and is expected to play a major role under new head coach Ibon Navarro in the upcoming season.
