Set to make his EuroLeague debut, Nikola Tanaskovic officially reunited with Partizan Mozzart Bet following Saturday’s announcement.
The 28-year-old Serbian forward-center, born on October 21, 1997, returns home by signing a multi-year contract with the Belgrade powerhouse.
His history with the organization runs deep, having initially joined the black and white family at the junior level before signing his first professional contract in 2015.

Since parting ways with the club in 2019, shortly after being crowned Radivoj Korac Cup champion in 2018, he played for several teams and most recently served as captain of Buducnost VOLI, highlighting a three-year stint with the Podgorica outfit.
Tanaskovic returns to his native country as a seasoned international presence and a regular fixture for the Serbian national team. He notably earned his first six caps during the FIBA World Cup 2027 Qualifiers, where he made an immediate impact by tallying 12.0 points per game.
On the club stage, the newcomer brings valuable continental experience as a veteran of 48 BKT EuroCup games. This includes 19 appearances during his third campaign with Buducnost, where he locked down a starting role in 18 games and tallied impressive averages of 11.9 points, 5.2 rebounds, 1.2 assists, 0.7 steals, and 0.3 blocks per contest.

The acquisition marks another major move for Partizan ahead of the 2026–27 editions of the EuroLeague and AdmiralBet ABA League. Head coach Joan Penarroya has overseen an active summer window, with Tanaskovic joining earlier marquee signings Alessandro Pajola, Lamar Stevens, and Kevarrius Hayes. He will integrate into a deep, competitive roster that currently features Mitar Bosnjakovic, Tonye Jekiri, Carlik Jones, Arijan Lakic, Joffrey Lauvergne, Vanja Marinkovic, and Mario Nakic.
