Real Madrid managed to advance to the final of the EuroLeague Super Cup after defeating Dubai 98-95 after overtime in Abu Dhabi.

Thomas Walkup had a three-pointer for the win for Dubai but missed, leading to an additional five minutes.

Real quickly gained an eight-point advantage (96-88) in overtime, though the brilliant Elie Okobo brought Dubai back into contention, and Xavi Pascual’s team even had a three-pointer for another overtime. However, McKinley Wright missed, allowing the Spanish giant to claim victory.

Luwawu-Cabarrot was the top scorer with 20 points, the same as Walter Tavares, while Gabriel Deck added 15, and Jaime Pradilla scored 13 points. For Dubai, Okobo was the standout with 24 points, while Dwayne Bacon scored 19.
