ASVEL has announced the signing of Juhann Begarin, adding the 24-year-old wing to its roster on an initial one-month contract.
Begarin joins as a temporary injury replacement for Mathis Dossou-Yovo, giving ASVEL another option while the big man is sidelined.
The 1.96-meter Frenchman has previously played for Paris Basketball, Nanterre and Monaco. ASVEL highlighted his youth and spectacular style of play in its announcement.
It has to be noted that, according to Eurohoops sources, a debt to Joffrey Lauvergne has banned ASVEL from adding new players, something that Tony Parker himself denied.
