Brose Bamberg outlasted EA7 Emporio Armani Milan in an overtime thriller to win 106-102 on Thursday at Brose Arena. The German champs erased a 17-point second-quarter deficit and went on to set a club scoring record; it was the first time Bamberg ever scored 100 points in the EuroLeague.
