If Zalgiris gets the win, then Panathinaikos will face Fenerbahce and Olympiacos will face Anadolu Efes. Real Madrid will play against the winner of the game Darussafaka Dogus versus Crvena Zvezda – if Darussafaka gets the win – and CSKA Moscow will face Baskonia.
If Crvena Zvezda gets the win and also Anadolu Efes gets the win over Real Madrid, then Zvezda will finish 7th over Baskonia and they will play against CSKA Moscow, while Baskonia will face Real Madrid.
If Baskonia gets the win, then Panathinaikos will face Baskonia and Real Madrid the winner of the game Darussafaka Dogus versus Crvena Zvezda.
Olympiacos will face Anadolu Efes and CSKA Moscow will face Fenerbahce if Anadolu Efes gets the road win against Real Madrid.
If Real Madrid beats Anadolu Efes, then Olympiacos will face Fenerbahce and CSKA Moscow will face Anadolu Efes.
