Blatt is expected to be in Israel today in order to meet with Maccabi Tel Aviv’s owners and not only finalize, but also sign his contract in order to be officially presented.
Maccabi Tel Aviv has accepted almost all the contract terms that Blatt wanted and the team will try to turn back time. According to “Walla” David Blatt also wants his former assistant Guy Goodes, who succeeded his as the head coach of the team, to return and be again his assistant.
Also team manager and Maccabi legend Nicola Vujcic will stay in his position and the building of the new Maccabi Tel Aviv will start as soon as possible.
