Ranko Simovic signed a four-year contract, the first of his professional career with Crvena Zvezda, per the official announcement of the club.
The 18-year-old wing already belonged to the U18 Red Star. He averaged 7 points and 7 rebounds in the 2017 ANGT Tournament in Istanbul.
The Podgorica-born Simovic has also been a member of the the Serbian national team youth squads and participated in the 2016 U18 European Championship.
