After signing Adrien Moerman on Sunday, Anadolu Efes is bringing Scottie Wilbekin to the team as well.

According to Eurohoops sources, Anadolu Efes has reached a two-year deal with Scottie Wilbekin.

On Monday, the Turkish team’s front office has a meeting with Darussafaka’s administration to negotiate the ‘buy out’ that Efes has to pay in order to sign Wilbekin. Both sides are positive to agree and finalize the deal.

The contract will include an ‘NBA out’, starting in summer of 2019.

In the 2017-2018 season, the 24-year old guard was the leader of Darussafaka’s team, leading his squad to the 7DAYS EuroCup title. In 18 EuroCup games, he averaged 19.7 points, 4.8 assists, and 1.6 steals per game, so Efes‘ fans are hoping that he can have a major impact on the team.
