Even if Panathinaikos Superfoods Athens was also interested in Matt Janning‘s case, the shooting guard decided to sign with Baskonia Vitoria Gasteiz and continue his journey in Spain.
Baskonia welcomed back its shooter by announcing today his signing. In the 2017-2018 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague season, Janning put up 8.3 points, 1.7 rebounds, and 1.5 assists.
He also had a great run in the Spanish League (ACB) Finals, even if Baskonia was eventually defeated by Real Madrid.
