EuroLeague Alponso Ford Top Scorer award-winner Alexey Shved will remain in Khimki, Eurohoops sources report.
Shved, 29, earlier this month was in talks for his NBA return, with two teams expressing interest in acquiring the Russian star.
Shved has a lucrative binding contract with Khimki through the 2019-20 season, with an NBA opt-out.
With Shved on board, Khimki’s mission now is to explore the transfer market and plan its roster for the upcoming season.
