Everyone knew before the tip-off that the quality gap between Real Madrid and Buducnost VOLI Podgorica was big and nothing happened on the court that proved the opposite.

The hosts got the 89-55 win without feeling any kind of pressure throughout the game. Madrid had even a 77-46 lead after a 12-2 start in the last quarter and Buducnost was just waiting for the torture to end.

Anthony Randolph and Jaycee Carroll with 11 points each were the best among equals and the duo of Walter Tavares and Jeffery Taylor added 10 points each. Tavares also grabbed 14 rebounds and dominated the paint.

From the losing side, Nemanja Gordic scored 13 points, but that doesn’t mean much. Buducnost was down by 13 points by halftime (44-31) and in total made just two threes in 14 attempts.

Real Madrid’s defense kept everything in check with Buducnost’s Earl Clark finishing the game with no points and -13 PIR.

Madrid remains perfect with a 4-0 record, while the Montenegrins dropped to 0-4.
