Fantasy: Three changes and a super duo from CSKA

By George Orfanakis / info@eurohoops.net

The last round left us with mixed feelings as the selection of Georgios Printezis fully vindicated us, though the same can’t be said about Michael Eric (4) and Mindaugas Kuzminskas (-11).

The roster ahead of Round 7 involves a small but necessary risk in order to strengthen the starting lineup and improve our position in the overall ranking.

The three changes and the fiery duo from CSKA

The first move has the sole purpose of saving money. More specifically, Chris Singleton will give his place to Johnny O’Bryant, as Maccabi will be tested on Gran Canaria’s dangerous home court, in a game that is offered for high scores.

At the same time, Vincent Poirier and Cory Higgins will return to the starting lineup, to replace Michael Eric and Mindaugas Kuzminskas respectively. The Lithuanian forward hasn’t managed to find his rhythm so far this season and selling him is considered necessary before his price drops even more.

Nando De Colo will remain the captain.
