EuroLeague added on its “Road to Playoffs” series with CSKA Moscow. With 44 postseason contests in the modern history of Europe’s premier competition, the Russian side is tied in fourth place with Real Madrid and FC Barcelona Lassa behind Olympiacos (51), KIROLBET Baskonia (49) and Panathinaikos OPAP (45). This time around, CSKA will face Baskonia.
With 24 Regular Season wins, Dimitris Itoudis’ club secured home-court advantage for the playoffs. CSKA overcame a mid-season wobble with a strong finish and now hopes to further extend its 2018-19 EuroLeague campaign into the Final Four, which will be played at the Fernando Buesa Arena, in Vitoria-Gasteiz.
