VITORIA-GASTEIZ – The Serb forward of Fenerbahce BEKO tried his best despite battling injuries in order to play in the Turkish Airlines Final Four semifinal but after the final buzzer Nikola Kalinic was more than disappointed.

As he said on his way to the locker rooms: “It’s a big shame, it’s a catastrophe. I am talking about myself and I am the first to blame. We were first at the end of the regular season, having a stable course during the whole year and we didn’t show anything today on the court”.

Fenerbahce has won the EuroLeague title in 2017, lost the final last year and during the regular season secured with relative ease the top spot of the league standings.
