Crvena Zvezda center Ognjen Kuzmic is planned to be slowly awakened from the medically induced coma he’s been since he sustained head and chest injuries in a car accident Sunday (14/7), the Serbian club announced.
The medical team performed new detailed scans on Kuzmic’s head and lungs Thursday (18/70. The results showed that there are no complications regarding his head injury while the lung tests showed ‘significant improvement.” Hence the doctors’ decision to slowly bring Kuzmic out of his coma.
Kuzmic was hurt in the car accident while driving in Bosnia.
