Kevin Pangos suffered a left foot injury in practice and will remain out for four to six weeks, Barcelona announced on Thursday. He will sit out the first games of the Spanish side for the 2019-20 editions of both EuroLeague and ACB.

The 26-year-old guard will join Thomas Heurtel in Svetislav Pesic’s injury list. Newcomer Malcolm Delaney and the remaining guards in Svetislav Pesic’s roster will assume the challenge to cover for their teammates.

Pangos signed with Barca last summer after a couple of EuroLeague campaigns with Zalgiris Kaunas. He notched 7 points, 3.2 assists and 1.1 rebounds per appearance with his second team in Europe’s premier competition.
