Panathinaikos fans used flares in the game against Milan and the end result was a fined imposed by the EuroLeague
Per EuroLeague: Euroleague Basketball has announced disciplinary sanctions pertaining to incidents that occurred in Round 3 of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague regular season. The sanctions are based on infractions of the competition by-laws that all teams are aware of and obliged to fulfill.
Panathinaikos OPAP Athens has been sanctioned with a fine of 5,000€ for the lighting of flares on occasion of its home game against AX Armani Exchange Milan under Article 29.2.e) of the Euroleague Basketball Disciplinary Code.
