Clyburn undergoes surgery, will return to Moscow

The first part of Will Clyburn’s recovery was done in Austria. CSKA Moscow announced on Monday that the 29-year-old American was successfully operated noting that he is scheduled to return to Moscow to continue his rehab under the guidance of the team’s doctors and trainers.

Per CSKA: “Our team’s forward Will Clyburn underwent successful surgery for his torn ACL Monday in one of clinics in Austria. Clyburn will return to Moscow in upcoming days. He will continue his rehabilitation with the club’s doctors and trainers. The terms of the rehab will be corrected accordingly to the results of intermediate tests.”

Clyburn picked up the right knee injury in EuroLeague Regular Season Round 4 action. He is set to miss the remainder of the EuroLeague and VTB United League 2019-20 campaigns.
