With a great performance on both ends of the floor, Olympiacos beat Laboral Lutxa 76-82 on the road to earn its second victory in group F. The Reds are undefeated (2-0), whereas the visitors suffered their first defeat (1-1).

For the winners, Vassilis Spanoulis had 19 points, as three more players scored in double figures. On the other hand, Mike James scored 16 points for the losing squad, with Giannis Bourousis adding 12 points and seven boards.

In the beginning, Laboral made a better start (7-3), but Olympiacos quickly took control of the game (12-15) and ended the first quarter with a six-point advantage (18-24). Later, the Reds continued to execute very well on both ends of the floor and retained their advantage (22-29), however the Spaniards fought back, made a 6-0 run and cut the deficit to just one point (28-29). The visitors, though, enhanced their overall performance and closed the first half in a 6-14 run to extend their lead to nine points, after 20 minutes in the game (34-43).

In the second half, the Greeks exploded and took a double-digit advantage (38-52, 45-55), but the hosts came back and were down by six, after 30 minutes in the game (56-62). Olympiacos started the last quarter with an 8-2 run and brought their lead back to double digits (58-70). In the remaining minutes, the hosts tried to come back (67-76), but the Reds remained solid (68-80) and claimed a big victory on the road.
