He stayed out action for more than three months, but now he is back for good. Rudy Fernandez stepped on court for the first time since November in today’s match between Real Madrid and Andorra, which ended 107 – 78.

The international Madridista’s entrance in the game was accompanied by a loud applause from the team’s fans who were relieved to see him back in action. But Rudy didn more than simply stretching his legs, being of big help to his team. During the second period, he dropped three consecutive baskets from behind the arc for a 9 – 0 run that made it 36 – 27 setting the foundations for Real Madrid’s victory.

Rudy Fernandez finished the match with 12 points in total showing quite ready to give his best in the upcoming “El Clasico” against Barcelona for the Euroleague Top 16.
